We’ve found that many vendors have struggled to provide the training services our clients need. They’ve either taken a ‘train the trainer’ approach which relies on the client having suitable and available staff, or have provided training based on the standard ‘off the shelf’ package which takes little account of client specific customisations and processes.
As effective training is a critical part of the successful user adoption of the system, we develop customised training programmes to support the deployment of your system. These consist both of traditional classroom training, as well as other important supporting activities such as ‘walk the floor’ training. Our programmes are delivered with the assumption that users don’t fully grasp the technology until their usage is verified.
